MJP Wealth Advisors New Title Sponsor of the Fairfield Road Race

MJP Wealth Advisors is the new Title Sponsor of the Fairfield Road Race! After 15 years with Faxon Law Group at top billing, the race is excited for its next chapter with MJP Wealth Advisors.

“Giving back is an important component of our organization,” said Brian Vendig, President of MJP Wealth Advisors. “Michele and I have run in the race since 2010 and are excited to get more involved with this great community event! We are looking forward to having a positive impact on the race for years to come.” MJP Wealth Advisors, with offices in Westport and Farmington, provides comprehensive wealth management strategies and investment solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.

The MJP Wealth Advisors Fairfield Road Race returns in 2022 with the signature two-day event at Jennings Beach in Fairfield, CT. With nearly 600 participants already registered, organizers of the event are expecting a crowd of 3,000-4,000 participants with thousands of spectators.

The event takes place the weekend of June 4th and 5th. On Saturday, June 4th the 5K and Lil’ Stags Kids Fun Run will take place. The half marathon will be held on Sunday, June 5th. The “Lucas Challenge” sponsored by Fairfield University, challenges runners to conquer both the half marathon and the 5k, totaling 16.2 miles during both days of the race weekend.

The Post-Race Beach Party, a runner favorite, features live music, food vendors, and an awards ceremony. The race also includes a number of bands and cheer groups along the ½ marathon and 5K racecourses that cheer on all the runners as they pass.

The MJP Wealth Advisors Fairfield Road Race is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports a number of local charities each year. The Fairfield YMCA, Wakeman Boys and Girls Club, Ben’s Lighthouse, Hole in the Wall Gang, and Community Emergency Response Team are just a few of the organizations that receive thousands of dollars of annual support from the event.
